•    Buyallantivirus.com  sells only Serial "License Keys". which will be delivered to you on your         SMS, Whatsapp and/or on Email. There is no physical Product delivery eg(CD, Manual, Box).
•    Payment Refund is allowed only if
     a. Payment Made but Key not Delivered (Technical Error).
     b. License Key Not working or Invalid key. only within 14 days of Purchase (Typing Mistake).
     c. Blocked key received. (Company has made changes after our Purchase)
     d. Customer has Purchased wrong Product Key and not willing to use it - only for Product value above 2000Rs. (this may take upto 30 days. refund will be initiated only after reselling and taking confirmation from the New User)
Rather than Above Points Mentioned their will be no refund / Exchange in any circumtances. 
•    Price on Product Page are Inclusive of all taxes (GST).
•    Latest AntiVirus Software has to be downloaded from their respective (Brand) official websites.
•    Word “Product” is referred to “serial / License key”.

1. Scope
These terms & conditions apply to purchases of software key sold to any person through this website by buyallantivirus.com . "IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS".

2. Offer, Order and Acceptance

4. Delivery

No physical delivery of the product/ CD/ Manual/ Codes will be made to you. You will be provided with Serial number, will be mailed to you on the e-mail ID and SMS provided by you at the time of Registration. You must check the delivery address on the buyallantivirus.com  s acceptance provided to you and notify buyallantivirus.com  at once about errors or omissions.
If you fail to take the Serial Key delivered by buyallantivirus.com , any risk of loss or damage will pass to you and buyallantivirus.com  (without any liability) will have the right of payment in full for the Serial Key delivered and/or to make delivery by any means appropriate and/or to store Serial Key at your risk, but you may be liable to pay on demand of buyallantivirus.com  all costs of product storage and any additional costs incurred as a result of such refusal or failure to take delivery.

6. Liability
Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall buyallantivirus.com  or its affiliate that participates in the selling of the products, be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination
buyallantivirus.com  can suspend or stop delivery of Serial Key in case you commit any act of bankruptcy (e.g. deed of arrangement with creditors, winding-up against you) or if we believe that you cannot pay your debts.buyallantivirus.com  also can in these cases terminate your order by a written notice send to you by email or fax. 8. Title to  Serial Key
The title of the Serial Key  will be passed to you at the time the payment in full of the price of the order (including interest or other payment due for the Product) has been made by you and entered into the buyallantivirus.com  bank account.

9. Complaints
You are responsible upon delivery for checking “Serial Key” delivered by buyallantivirus.com  and verifying their condition, accordance with their description and complete only with respect to apparent defects and apparent short deliveries. If you fail to notify buyallantivirus.com  about such failure in writing within 3 (Three) days, your rights arising from No Delivery, non working Serial key or defective products or short delivery are excluded.

10. Authorizations
You have the obligation to obtain at your own expense any license or authorizations required by any legal authority for acquisition, delivery or use of the products, and if necessary produce evidence to buyallantivirus.com . 4.    No cash refunds will be made to the customer under any circumstances. The amount will be transferred to the customer’s account from where the payment has been made..
